Creating a Custom A/R Stimulus

How to create a custom stim so objects can interact with each other without any conflicts.
  • Go into the Object Hierarchy. From the Show tree menu at the top, select Act/React Stimuli.
  • Click on the Add button.
  • Type in a name for the new stim and click on OK.
    • The convention is to add the word Stim to the end, e.g. GemStim, but it isn’t essential.
  • Click on Close.
  • Save your gamesys (or save as a .cow file). If your mission doesn’t already use a custom gamesys (not dark.gam), read these instructions.
