This receptron is used to Abort incoming stimuli under certain conditions. Three of the four conditions only work on AIs. The four availiable options are:
Target Object: The object or AI which must meet one of the conditions.
Agent Object: 
Unknown?
Can’t see culprit: The stimulus is aborted unless the target AI cannot see it’s source.
Can’t hear culprit: This does not seem to work…
Stunned: The stimulus is aborted unless the target AI is stunned (by a flash bomb).
Not an AI: The stimulus is aborted unless the target is not an AI.
Note that these only one condition must be pass before the stim is allowed through.
