Translate a FrobWorldEnd into TurnOn. The reverse of TrapFrobber, basically.
The trap control flags are ignored, so you can use them for a more useful script.
This script can be used to generate arbitrary messages. But be careful about using messages that are supposed to be sent with extra data.
