 +For schemas played on an object or at a location, the distance to the object is divided by this value, before being used to decide how loud the sound should be played. So a value of 2.0 will make the sound louder, as if it was only half as far away.

 +Useful for schemas that you want the player to reliably be able to here, such as important conversations,​ or audio logs like Karras'​s victrola messages; or for effects that should be much louder than normal sounds, such as explosions or alarms.
