This property is used by scripts such as TrapTexture, which allow brushes to be retextured ingame. It states which texture is to be shown when the object is turned off. The value is of the form fam\family-name\texture-name, e.g. fam\city\win324
This texture only replaces instances of the texture specified in Script → TerrReplaceOn, so a ‘window on’ texture will be replaced by ‘window off’, but the surrounding wall will remain intact.
